I try not to eat fast food too often, but it seems like in these hot, summer months we don't cook as much.
For example, last week my husband had an away basketball game (he's a coach) and we needed something quick to eat on our way there. I was happy to find out heir chicken tacos are now $1 each! And their strawberry lemonade (made with real strawberries) is also just a $1, so I ordered that as well and really liked it. They have a few other things that are $1 or less, which I think is good because you don't have to order a whole meal if you don't want. Especially when it's hot out I don't like to eat a heavy meal.
Del Taco is now introducing their Carnitas menu for a limited time. You can chose from a Carnitas Taco al Carbon, Carnitas Combo Burrito and Carnitas Loaded Fries. My vote is for the fries! There's also the Macho Carnitas Burrito, Primo Carnitas Burrito and Carnitas Macho Nachos that are on the "hidden menu" that you can request.
